Redevelopment and decoration
In Lac 1, EDUFRANCE Tunisie's offices occupy 450 m², fully renovated and redecorated to embody the brand's identity within the workplace itself. Completed in 2021, this project transforms an existing office floor into a warm, welcoming space, where interior design and branding respond to one another at every turn.
The reception area is organized around upholstered alcoves in deep blue velvet, framed in pale wood, creating semi-private seating zones suited to informal conversation. This deep blue, echoed in perforated wood-slat partitions, visually structures the circulation while reflecting the brand's color identity, displayed in sculptural red and blue lettering on the entrance wall. The checkerboard floor of beige and grey cement tiles anchors the space in an aesthetic that is both retro and timeless, against which contemporary rounded furniture — grey modular sofas and red armchairs — softens the geometry of the existing building. House-shaped wall niches, in natural and white wood, punctuate the circulation spaces with a playful, symbolic gesture, evoking the idea of home and welcome at the heart of the workplace. The office areas themselves, more understated, rely on abundant natural light and sheer roller blinds, within a neutral palette lifted by touches of wood and blue that extend the visual identity established in the reception spaces.
EDUFRANCE Tunisie reflects an approach to commercial renovation where brand identity becomes a genuine tool for spatial design, serving both employee wellbeing and visitor experience.
